The brief

Hero MotoCorp’s National Service Skill Competition 2025 brought 300+ top service professionals to Kochi. The event needed a secure, invite-only broadcast for 5,000+ online viewers, delivered with WIKREATE.

What we built

Five camera feeds switched live into one programme, streamed to a private cloud server with an on-site backup server running in parallel. A dedicated leased line carried the stream, with 5G cellular failover and an on-site technical command centre.

The curveball

At the eleventh hour, remote presenters were added through a two-way video call, mixed into the live programme so they could talk with the anchor and audience in real time. Zero dropouts across the multi-hour stream.
