The brief
Google Cloud Summit 2025 brought over 600 developers and cloud professionals together for keynotes, technical sessions and immersive experience zones, with live on-stage demos that could not afford a moment of lag.
What we built
Two private fibre lease lines from separate ISPs for automatic failover, 1300+ Mbps of dedicated bandwidth, and a zoned network separating registration, backstage, demos and attendee access.
On site
200+ devices ran concurrently over load-balanced Wi-Fi and LAN with an on-ground team monitoring in real time. Zero downtime across every session, lag-free stage demos and instant check-ins at registration.
