The brief
Google I/O Connect India 2025 brought developers, engineers and technology leaders together around AI, cloud platforms and developer tooling, with simultaneous product demos, AI workshops, live coding labs and cloud-based developer environments.
What we built
An 8 Gbps dedicated, multi-line aggregated connection, a structured wired LAN for stage production and demo zones, and a high-density Wi-Fi layer with load-balanced access points planned around attendee clustering.
On site
Attendee, production and demonstration traffic ran on segmented networks with controlled bandwidth profiles, monitored live by on-site engineers. 1000+ concurrent devices, stable AI and cloud-IDE demos, and zero network disruptions through peak sessions.
