The brief
Modiway wanted to announce key initiatives with the warmth of a physical gathering: Mr. Sameer Modi live with nine venues across India, each with its own audience, and the whole show streamed to an online audience at the same time. Commissioned through Flick Studios.
What we built
A multi-camera broadcast studio in Mr. Modi’s office with confidence monitors and a managed audio feedback loop; AV kits with uplink and downlink at all nine venues for true two-way conversation; a dedicated leased line, private cloud production and on-site servers as real-time failover.
On the night
The show flow was unscripted: Mr. Modi chose which city to go live with as the conversation moved, and the crew switched on the fly. Ninety minutes, no glitch or delay, 60,000+ live viewers.
